At the time of delivery, signatures are required to receive our product to avoid lost/stolen packages. In the case of someone not being home to sign, the delivery courier will leave a we missed you slip and the package will be returned to the closest shipping facility. On the slip the address and time of available pick up will be indicated. You will be required to pick it up at your own time or you would have to contact the courier company directly to avoid them from shipping it back to us. If packages cant be delivered, and get returned to us, shipping will not be covered. Customer will be responsible for the 2nd shipment.
