Thick Studded Metal Letters – Storefront or Business Sign

These 3/16" thick steel letters are perfect for storefront signs, neighborhood signs, and more. They have 2" studs welded on the backs, so they can be installed in brick or concrete. They can be used to create an outdoor raised or floating sign, or for customers who want exterior metal letters without visible screw heads.

We will send you a design proof when we receive your order. You have 48 hours to review the design proof and make any changes before your order goes into production. Each letter is made to order from American-made steel.

ABOUT THE FINISH
Raw Steel – These letters are made from raw steel without any type of coating added – they will naturally rust over time if placed outdoors. This adds character and a rustic or industrial look to the letters. Some customers do not mind the rust, but for those that do we offer powder-coated letters.

Rustic – These raw steel letters are dipped into a mixture to help speed up the natural rusting process. They are actual rusted letters. These letters will come pre-rusted and will continue to rust over time as well. Due to the chemical process of rust, each letter will have its own character. We process orders in the same batch to help make the finished pieces look similar, but no two pieces will be identical.

Black Powdercoating – These numbers come with our premium satin black exterior grade powder coating. We have other colors available as well, please message us for a quote.

ABOUT THE FONT
In the listing photos are our fonts #1- #20. These are our most popular fonts. We can also use your own custom font. *
We also have a cursive font available – message us for a price quote. For orders with upper and lowercase letters, or all lowercase letters, the font size will be for the tallest letters in the text. All other letters will be the standard proportional size. We can also do symbols like . & $ @ or whatever else you might need.

STUDS
The incl studs will be 2 threaded studs welded to the back of each letter. Typically a letter will have 2 to 4 studs each. Fonts with thin lines (less than thick) may not have enough surface area to weld a stud on the back. Please feel free to inquire prior to purchase. 1 spacers are also available for additional cost. Letters with spacers need lines at least 1/2" thick.

LETTER SIZE
This listing is for 3, 4, or 5 tall letters. The width measurement will vary by letter. If you are trying to work with a specific size space, please message us your text, letter size, font, and the size of the space you are working with. We can make larger letters as well – just message us.

PROCESSING TIME
We cut out our steel letter orders in bulk about once a week. If you need your order sooner than the quoted production time, please message us.
